Partner - Real Estate (Enfranchisement)

I am currently working with a highly regarded national law firm that is looking to appoint a Partner to help lead and grow its specialist enfranchisement practice.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an established partner or senior lawyer with a strong profile in residential property and enfranchisement work to join a well-resourced platform with a strong reputation in the real estate sector. The firm is seeking an ambitious individual who can play a key role in the continued growth of a nationally recognised practice.
The Opportunity
Joining an established real estate team, you will advise a broad range of clients on complex enfranchisement and leasehold matters while helping to drive the strategic development of the practice.
Your work is likely to include:
- Advising landlords, developers, investors, management companies and leaseholders on enfranchisement matters.
- Handling collective enfranchisement claims and lease extension work.
- Advising on rights of first refusal and related leasehold legislation.
- Supporting clients with complex residential asset management issues.
- Working closely with real estate, litigation and private client teams on cross-disciplinary matters.
- Leading and developing client relationships across the residential property sector.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and contributing to the firm's wider business development strategy.
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers while helping to shape the future direction of the team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be:
- An established Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate with a strong enfranchisement background.
- Technically excellent with significant experience in leasehold reform and residential property matters.
- Commercially minded and capable of providing strategic advice to clients.
- Experienced in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Enthusiastic about business development and practice growth.
- Capable of leading matters independently while working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.
- Interested in building a long-term practice within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.
