Salary: £120,000+

A leading regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Partner to establish and grow its corporate offering in Dorset. This is a rare opportunity to build a practice, develop a team and strengthen your market profile within one of the South Coast's most progressive and entrepreneurial business communities.

The Role
You'll be responsible for developing and leading the firm's corporate presence in Bournemouth and the wider Dorset region, including:

  • Creating and executing a strategic growth plan for the South Coast
  • Advising on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment transactions, shareholder arrangements, restructures, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work
  • Building and strengthening relationships with businesses, entrepreneurs, intermediaries and professional networks
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm to unlock opportunities and deliver seamless client service
  • Playing a key role in attracting, mentoring and developing future talent
  • Raising the firm's profile locally and establishing it as a leading corporate adviser in the region

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to an experienced Corporate Partner with:

  • Strong reputation within Bournemouth, Dorset or the wider South Coast market
  • Proven ability to generate, develop and retain client relationships
  • Significant experience leading complex corporate transactions
  • Strong business development and networking credentials
  • Collaborative leadership style and commitment to developing others
  • Vision, energy and entrepreneurial mindset to build and grow a successful regional practice
  • Desire to play a key role in the future growth of the firm
