Job Title: Part-Time (3 days per week) In House Residential Conveyancer for private property company- North-West London
Salary: £90,000-£110,000 FTE
PQE Level: 8+

Our client is a North-West London based privately owned property company with a substantial portfolio of residential properties with activities including purchases, sales, redevelopment, rentals, flips/trading.
Role:
Replacing an experienced residential conveyancer who is retiring, this role suits a residential conveyancer who has 8+ PQE and is looking to work in house.
The company deciding to bring this work in house as opposed to using law firms because they wanted to have more control over the quality and efficiency of the process.
