NQ Real Estate Solicitor - Swindon
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a highly regarded Real Estate team in Swindon.
This role sits within a nationally recognised, Top 100 law firm with a strong presence across the South West and an established reputation for delivering exceptional legal services across a wide range of sectors. The firm's Real Estate practice is one of its largest specialist teams, offering excellent quality work and clear career development opportunities.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Lease negotiations and renewals
- Property portfolio management
- Development and investment transactions
- Due diligence and transactional support
- Building and developing client relationships
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility early in your career while working alongside experienced Real Estate specialists on complex and rewarding matters.
Candidate Requirements
- Due to qualify as a Solicitor or have recently qualified (NQ)
- Have completed a Commercial Property or Real Estate seat during training
- Possess strong technical and commercial awareness
- Enjoy building relationships with clients and colleagues
