Medical Negligence Solicitor

LEADING UK CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE TEAM
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading law firms and a nationally recognised claimant medical negligence practice. Consistently ranked by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, the team is widely regarded as one of the strongest in the country, acting on complex and life-changing claims for individuals and families.
Due to continued growth, the team is seeking a talented solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE to join its highly regarded South region practice. This opportunity will be based from their Bristol office, with flexible hybrid working available.
Working alongside a team of experienced and highly respected clinical negligence specialists, you will manage your own claimant caseload while assisting on complex, high-value matters.
The team advises on a broad range of clinical negligence claims, including:
- Birth injury and obstetric claims
- Delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis cases
- Fatal claims and inquests
- Neurosurgical and spinal injury matters
- Cardiac, oncology and psychiatric negligence claims
- Complex catastrophic injury cases
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Clinical Negligence
- Strong claimant clinical negligence experience
- Proven ability to manage your own caseload, including litigated matters
- Experience assisting on complex and high-value claims
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive and empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
