Our client is a Elite Global City law firm with a stellar leveraged finance practice that competes directly with leading US law firms.
Role:
Specialising in Leveraged Finance including:
- Cross border transactions including mezzanine and senior level
- Acquisition financing for PE and other financial sponsors
- Bond structures including Loan and high yield
- Facility and intercreditor agreements
- Security documents

Successful candidate:
- 3-5 PQE, E&W qualified
- Leveraged finance experience gained within a US, MC, SC or Top 20 City law
