Job Title: Leveraged Finance Associate- US Law firm (small London office)
Salary: £220,000-£260,000
PQE Level: 3-5 PQE

Role:
Advising across a wide range of leveraged finance matters including:
- Acquisition finance
- High yield bond offerings
- Bridge financing
- Mezzanine financings
- Syndicated credit facilities

- 3-5 PQE- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Working as a leveraged finance associate within another US, MC or SC law firm in London
