A rare opportunity has emerged for an accomplished litigation lawyer to take a leading role in shaping and growing a highly respected disputes practice in South Wales. This position is suited to an established Legal Director, Partner, or ambitious senior lawyer seeking a credible route to partnership within a progressive and collaborative environment.
The successful individual will become a key figure in the continued expansion of a specialist public sector litigation offering, advising major organisations, public bodies and regulated entities on complex, high-profile disputes. With significant investment in growth and an established client base, the platform is already in place for an experienced lawyer to make a lasting impact.
The role will include:
- Leading complex procurement and public sector litigation matters
- Advising on contractual, commercial and governance-related disputes
- Developing and strengthening relationships across the Welsh public sector market
- Driving business development initiatives and contributing to strategic growth
- Mentoring junior lawyers and helping shape a high-performing team
Candidates are likely to have substantial experience handling disputes involving public bodies, procurement challenges and regulated environments. A strong reputation in the market, commercial awareness and the ability to lead both clients and colleagues with confidence will be essential.
Whether already established in Wales or considering a strategic move to the region, this represents an outstanding opportunity to join a thriving practice, influence its future direction and build a standout reputation in one of the most exciting legal markets in the UK.
