Legal Director - Residential Development - Gloucestershire - Hybrid

Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on large-scale regeneration, residential and mixed-use development projects
- Managing complex acquisitions, disposals and broader commercial property matters

- Leading high-value transactions and coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams
- Supporting business development activities and contributing to the team's continued growth
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE, strong development experience and a commercial, solutions-focused approach. Excellent drafting, project management and client-facing skills are essential.
