Legal Director / Partner - Commercial Property - Gloucestershire - 8+ Years PQE
Location: Gloucestershire (Hybrid working)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £95,000 to £135,000
A leading regional practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Legal Director or Partner (8+ PQE) to join its established and growing Real Estate team in Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior commercial property specialist to take on a strategic, client facing role within a high performing and well respected practice.
The Role
You'll lead and develop a broad range of commercial property work, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and lease negotiations
- Development work, including site acquisition, strategic land and infrastructure matters
- Portfolio management for regional and national clients
- Advising on investment transactions and commercial real estate finance
- Supporting and supervising junior lawyers and contributing to team growth
- Leading client relationships and driving business development initiatives

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a senior commercial property lawyer with:
- 8+ years' PQE within a strong commercial property practice
- Experience handling complex and high value real estate matters
- Strong technical ability and excellent drafting skills
- Confidence managing client relationships and delivering commercially focused advice
- A proactive, collaborative and strategic mindset
- Interest in business development and contributing to the wider growth of the team
- Ability to supervise, mentor and support junior colleagues
