Role:
Specialising solely in leasehold enfranchisement:
- Residential leasehold and enfranchisement matters
- Statutory lease extensions
- Collective enfranchisement claims
- Leasehold Reform Act 1967
- Leasehold Reform Act 2002
- Landlord and Tenant Act 1987
Key attractions:

Successful candidate:
- 2-6 PQE, E&W qualified
