Knowledge Solicitor - Bristol - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Knowledge Solicitor to join a leading Projects and Infrastructure team based in Bristol. Working alongside highly regarded partners and specialists, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping knowledge strategy across a practice that advises on major infrastructure, energy, construction and project finance matters throughout the UK.

The team supports clients from both the public and private sectors on complex, high-profile projects, providing advice across the full transaction lifecycle. As part of an innovative and collaborative knowledge function, the successful candidate will help drive technical excellence, support legal innovation and contribute to the continued development of market-leading client services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert legal and regulatory updates relating to infrastructure and projects work
  • Developing and delivering engaging training programmes, workshops and know-how sessions
  • Leading the adoption and effective use of AI and legal technology tools across the team
  • Maintaining and enhancing precedent banks, knowledge resources and best practice guidance
  • Supporting client-facing thought leadership, webinars, presentations and horizon-scanning initiatives

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with significant experience in projects, infrastructure or a related practice area. Previous knowledge lawyer experience is advantageous but not essential. They will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and a genuine interest in legal innovation.

This position offers flexible and hybrid working, mentoring from experienced knowledge professionals, and the opportunity to influence some of the most important projects in the market.
