Our client is a premier City law firm with a large and prestigious corporate tax practice which is seen as a credible alternative to US and Magic Circle law firms.
Role:
Big ticket international corporate tax advisory including:
- Global household names and substantial private owned companies
- Cross border tax efficient structuring for domestic and overseas operations
- Reorganisations
- Demergers
- International corporate tax planning and advisory projects

Successful candidate:
- 5+ PQE, E&W qualified
- International Corporate tax experience gained within a US, Magic Circle or Silver Circle law firm or a Big 4 accountancy firm
- Must have a focus on international corporate tax
- Excellent academics
