Role:
Joining a market leading Restructuring & Insolvency team with a bias towards contentious insolvency:
- Office holders' duties and powers
- Contested restructuring plans
- Recognition of foreign office holders
- Asset tracing and recovery
- Directors duties
- Enforcement of security
- Accelerated M&A
- Pre packs
- UHNW Personal insolvency
Key attractions:

Successful candidate:
- 2-6 PQE- England & Wales qualified
- At least 2 years UK law firm insolvency disputes experience gained within a well respected City or national law firm
