Role:
Broad range of residential property work for HNW, UHNW, entrepreneurs and investors.
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property
- Lease extensions
- Complex title issues and covenants
- Property structuring
- Property finance- remortgages and refinancing

Successful candidate:
- 6+ PQE, England & Wales Qualified
- Currently working for a dedicated HNW residential property team in London or the regions or with a strong HNW focus and looking to specialise in this area
