Job Title: Hedge Funds Associate- Global City law firm- 2-4 PQE
Salary: £135,000-£145,000
PQE Level: 2-4 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our client is a global City law with sector strengths within funds and wider financial services.
Role:
Specialising in the hedge funds space including:
- Setting up new hedge funds ( open ended and closed and onshore and offshore)
- Structuring
- Investment management agreements
- Ongoing fund matters
- New fund launches

Successful candidate:
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2-4 PQE
- Specialist hedge funds law experience gained within a US, MC, Silver Circle or Top 20 City law firm or offshore firm
