Role:
Joining their highly ranked FS regulatory team, you will handle a broad range of non-contentious financial services regulatory matters:
- Advising asset managers and hedge funds on UK and EU FS regulatory requirements
- MiFID2/MiFIR compliance
- UCITS regulatory matters
- AIFMD
- FCA Consumer Duty
- Part XII of FSMA
- FCA authorisations and handbook
- SM&CR
