An opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join the Plymouth office, working within a respected and growing family law team.

You will advise clients on a broad range of private family matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial settlements
  • Private children matters
  • Cohabitation disputes
  • Nuptial agreements
  • Domestic abuse and injunction applications


This role provides excellent exposure to quality work, the opportunity to develop your own caseload, and the support of experienced family law specialists.

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with NQ - 2 years' PQE
  • Previous experience in family law, or a demonstrable interest in the area
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • A practical and empathetic approach to advising clients
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and committed to building a long-term career in family law
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
