Family Solicitor / Associate - Bristol
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £60,000 - £72,000 (depending on experience)
A successful full service law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor or Associate to join its highly regarded and growing Family team in Bristol. The team is recognised in Chambers and Legal 500 and has a strong presence across the Southwest, with active involvement in Resolution at both regional and national levels.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied and high quality caseload of family matters, including:
- Divorce and financial remedy
- Children matters
- Advising unmarried couples
- Co working on high net worth client matters
- Providing first class client service and effective file management
- Collaborating with fee earners across multiple offices
You will deliver expert, empathetic and commercially aware advice across a broad range of family law issues, ensuring clients receive clear guidance and strong representation. This role offers excellent exposure within the Bristol market and strong opportunities for professional development.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Associate with:
- Minimum 2 years' PQE
- Law degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Willingness to participate in business development and networking
- Ability to build strong client and referrer relationships
- A collaborative, professional and client focused approach
