Family Solicitor - Worcestershire
Our client is an established Worcestershire firm who are seeking a family solicitor to join their established team.
You will have experience in divorce and finane matters and will ideally have experience of, or an interest in, undertaking Legal Aid work. You will advise clients on a range of family matters, with a particular focus on:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Matrimonial finances
- Property and financial disputes
- Negotiation and settlement
- Court proceedings
- Children matters
- Legal Aid cases
- Injunctions
You will be responsible for attending clients and managing your own caseload. You will have excellent communication and advocacy skills and a confident and empathetic approach to client care.
