An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Lawyer to join a well-established and highly regarded Family department in Cullompton.
This role would suit a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Family Fee Earner who is looking to join a supportive team and manage a varied caseload of family law matters. The department is committed to delivering exceptional client care and provides advice across a broad range of private family work.
You will be responsible for handling your own caseload and advising clients on matters including:
- Divorce and separation
- Civil partnership disputes
- Cohabitation matters
- Financial remedy proceedings
- Private children matters
- General family law advice
The successful candidate will manage matters from instruction through to conclusion, maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard. You will also have the opportunity to become involved in networking, business development and promoting the department within the local community.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience across a broad range of family law matters and be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a client-focused approach are essential.
Knowledge of the Legal Aid system would be advantageous but is not essential.
