Family Lawyer - Wiltshire - Part-Time
A well-established and highly respected regional law firm with a strong presence across Wiltshire and the surrounding areas is seeking an experienced Family Law Fee Earner to join its successful and growing Family Department.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team with a strong reputation for client care and expertise in private family law. You'll manage a varied caseload of sensitive and complex matters while helping clients navigate some of life's most challenging situations.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of private family law matters, providing clear, practical advice and support to clients throughout their journey.
Your caseload is likely to include:
- Divorce, separation and relationship breakdown matters
- Financial remedy and matrimonial finance cases
- Children arrangements and related disputes
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Non-Court Dispute Resolution where appropriate
- Court proceedings and case management
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or experienced Family Paralegal
- Ideally 3+ years' experience handling private family law matters
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of family law work
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Empathetic and client-focused approach
- Ability to provide balanced, practical advice during emotionally challenging situations
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
