Overview
This leading regional firm seeks an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join their Employment team in Nottingham. Working as part of their national practice, you will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, while contributing to the continued growth of the team.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on all aspects of employment law
- Managing employment tribunal claims, including advocacy where appropriate
- Supporting business development through networking, seminars, training and client events
- Contributing to articles, legal updates and thought leadership initiatives
- Mentoring junior colleagues and support team development
About You
You will have:
- Experience advising on a broad range of employment law matters
- Qualified Solicitor
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
- Experience managing tribunal litigation
- A proactive approach to client development and networking
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
