Employment Rights Lawyer - 2+ Years PQE
Location: Multiple UK office options (hybrid available)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 (DOE)
A leading national claimant practice is seeking an Employment Rights Lawyer to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is passionate about supporting working people and delivering high quality, empathetic legal representation.
The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of claimant employment matters, supporting clients through challenging and often sensitive situations. Work will include:
- Unfair dismissal
- Discrimination
- Whistleblowing
- Redundancy and workplace disputes
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Advising on merits, risks and strategy
- Providing clear, practical guidance throughout the client journey
You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values professionalism, empathy and strong client care.
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- At least 2 years' experience handling claimant employment matters
- Strong understanding of Employment Tribunal procedures
- Experience managing your own caseload
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to assess claims, provide clear advice and achieve positive outcomes
- A genuine commitment to supporting individuals facing workplace injustice
