A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded Employment team as a Professional Support Lawyer. This pivotal role focuses on monitoring legal developments, maintaining precedents and know-how, delivering training, and supporting thought leadership across a large and collaborative team.

The successful candidate will have strong UK employment law experience, excellent drafting and communication skills, and a genuine interest in knowledge management, legal innovation and emerging technologies. Previous PSL experience is preferred but not essential if you have the appropriate skill set at this senior level. This is an attractive opportunity for a technically strong employment lawyer in a non-fee-earning career path.
