Role:
Respondent focused.
Providing employment advice to a wide range of SMEs, OMBs and entrepreneurial companies
- Transactional support including TUPE, restructuring, takeovers
- Ongoing advisory work including new procedures and various employment contracts
- Redundancy
- Unfair dismissal
- Whistleblowing
- Restrictive covenants

- 8+ PQE England & Wales qualified solicitor
