Employment Director / Partner - Bristol
A leading UK law firm is looking to appoint an Employment Director or Partner to help grow and shape its Bristol employment practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth team with a strong national client base and genuine scope to influence strategy and future direction.
You'll advise employers on a broad range of matters including:
- Employment tribunals and disputes
- Employee relations issues
- Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
- Redundancies and restructures
- TUPE and corporate transaction support
- Senior executive and board-level advice
Alongside delivering high-quality legal advice, you'll play a key role in business development, client relationship management and practice growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong employer-side employment law experience
- A proven ability to build client relationships
- Business development experience or potential
- Leadership qualities and growth ambitions
- Desire to help build and develop a thriving practice
