A highly regarded law firm is seeking an Employment Partner to play a leading role in the continued expansion of its Bristol-based employment offering. With a strong reputation and an enviable client base, the team advises businesses, organisations and senior executives on a broad spectrum of complex and commercially important employment matters.
This role is ideal for a lawyer with an established network and client following who is motivated by growth, relationship building and helping to define strategic direction. Working closely with senior colleagues across multiple disciplines, the successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing market presence and developing new opportunities throughout Bristol and the wider Southwest.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on complex employment advisory and contentious matters
- Growing and developing a portfolio of clients and referrers
- Driving business development and revenue growth initiatives
- Mentoring and inspiring junior lawyers and team members
- Contributing to the strategic direction and expansion of the practice
The successful candidate will combine outstanding technical expertise with commercial acumen, leadership skills and entrepreneurial drive.
