Salary: £125,000- £150,000
PQE Level: 6-8 PQE

Role:
Wide range of ECM matters including:
- IPOs
- Fundraisings
- Placings
- Rights issues
- Fund launches and fundraisings
- Advising on stock exchange listings
- Public company governance

- 6-8 PQE, England & Wales qualified
- ECM Associate or Senior Associate in a US/MC/SC or Top 20 City law firm
