Dispute Resolution Lawyer - Plymouth
A respected and award-winning regional South West law firm, recognised by The Legal 500 across a number of practice areas, is looking to recruit a talented Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join its growing litigation team in Plymouth.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and ambitious team handling a broad range of contentious matters for both businesses and private individuals.
You will manage your own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues on a variety of litigation matters, including:
- Commercial and civil disputes.
- Company, partnership, shareholder and director disputes.
- Professional negligence claims.
- Landlord and tenant disputes.
- Franchise and contractual disputes.
- Supporting business development activities and networking.
This role offers plenty of autonomy alongside the support of an established and successful disputes team.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with litigation experience.
- Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Experience building professional relationships and contributing to business development.
