I have been instructed by a UK Top 50 law firm to recruit a junior solicitor into its specialist Court of Protection team, widely regarded as one of the leading practices in the Southeast. This specialised team sits within the firm's Private Client division and works closely alongside its Private Wealth team, which has earned an outstanding reputation both across the UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on high-profile and complex Court of Protection matters within a team recognised for its exceptional expertise and the quality of its work. This role would suit a junior solicitor who has received strong technical training and experience. The work includes supporting the preparation of expert witness statements, assisting with the preparation of OPG Reports and assisting senior members of the team with discrete tasks alongside your own caseload.
