Job Title: Court of Protection Associate- Global City law firm
Salary: £105,000-£120,000
PQE Level: 1-4 PQE

Our client is a prestigious global City law firm with a strong private wealth and court of protection offering.
Role:
The highly ranked specialist Court of Protection team focuses on high value complex property and affairs deputyships for both adults and children.
- Deputyship and personal injury trusts
- Liaising with the clinical negligence and personal injury teams when cases are litigated
- Drafting applications to the Court of Protection and annual Deputy Reports

Successful candidate:
- 1-4 PQE- England & Wales or commonwealth qualified
- Must have strong Court of Protection experience gained within a specialised team within a directories ranked court of protection team
