Job title: Corporate Solicitor
Location: Winchester
Salary: £65k-£80k - depending on experience
PQE Level: 5+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Part-time (2/2.5 days PW)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join a dynamic and ambitious alternative business services firm on a genuinely flexible, part-time basis of up to two and a half days per week.

The role would suit a senior lawyer looking to return to law in a hybrid private practice/in-house role on a reduced hours basis, or someone simply seeking high-quality corporate work without the pressures of a full fee-earning position. You'll advise on a varied range of corporate matters, including shareholder agreements, director service contracts, company incorporations, share structures, share transfers and options, with no real focus on transactional buying and selling.

In return, you can expect a strong salary, significant autonomy and genuine flexibility, alongside a friendly, collaborative and commercially focused environment. There are no demanding business development expectations or rigid billing targets, enabling an experienced lawyer the chance to collaborate on rewarding matters with a greater work-life balance.
