My client is a UK Top 100 law firm with an excellent reputation for advising corporates, institutional investors, founders, and management teams on complex UK and international transactions. They are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their highly regarded and rapidly growing team in Oxford.
You'll work closely with experienced partners on a broad range of matters, including M&A, private equity, venture capital investments, restructurings, and corporate advisory work. The team acts across a variety of sectors, with particular strength in technology and health & social care. This role is ideal for an ambitious solicitor with strong corporate experience gained at a regional or national firm who is looking for high-quality work, genuine responsibility, and clear progression opportunities.
