You will handle a varied caseload encompassing mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, managing your own matters with appropriate supervision while supporting senior lawyers on larger and more complex transactions. Alongside the technical work, you will have the opportunity to develop lasting client relationships and contribute to the team's wider business development and marketing initiatives.
