The Role
If you're an early-career Corporate Solicitor looking for hands-on experience and genuine responsibility, this role offers exactly that.
Joining a growing and busy Corporate team, you'll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while building your own client relationships and managing a varied caseload. The team advises everyone from owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs through to larger regional companies and well-known names.
You can expect to be involved in:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Shareholder agreements
- Corporate restructures and reorganisations
- Joint ventures
- General company and transactional advice
- Supporting on larger, more complex deals alongside senior colleagues
- Networking and business development activities
This is the sort of role where you'll be encouraged to get involved from day one rather than simply sitting in the background.
Candidate Requirements
We're keen to hear from Solicitors with around 1-2 years' PQE who have gained exposure to corporate law and are looking to continue building their experience within a supportive team.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience assisting on a broad range of corporate transactions
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- A commercial approach and attention to detail
- The confidence to manage your own workload and deadlines
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in corporate law
