A well-established and highly respected Berkshire law firm is seeking a Corporate Senior Associate to join its growing Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and established corporate organisations.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, restructurings, joint ventures, private equity investments and general corporate governance issues. You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters while supporting on larger, complex transactions alongside experienced senior lawyers.
