The department are well known for the high quality and high profile work they deal with, acting for a wide range of clients based across the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Deal with a range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equity.
- Advise businesses ranging from entrepreneurs, SMEs, financial institutions to FTSE 100
About you
- 5+ PQE
- Strong background in corporate law
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
