Our client is an entrepreneurial and highly profitable mid-sized City law firm with ambitious growth plans and a long-term outlook.
Role:
Due to their growth plans a strategic need has arisen to recruit a Corporate Partner specialising in the Education sector which encompasses private schools, academies, colleges and universities.
- M&A
- Restructuring
- JVs
- Corporate advisory including governance
Successful candidate:
- England & Wales qualified solicitor with 8+ PQE
- Either an existing partner or ambitious senior associate/director looking for partnership
- Must have strong experience of working with clients in the education sector and want to specialise in this area
- Strong BD skills and contacts
