Corporate Partner - Dorset
A leading Top 200 UK law firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Partner to spearhead the growth of its corporate presence in Bournemouth and the wider South Coast market. Recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers, the firm has built a reputation for advising ambitious businesses, entrepreneurs and investors on high-value and complex corporate matters.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial lawyer to build a practice, grow a team and become a key figure in a thriving regional market, backed by the resources and reputation of an established firm.
- Lead the development of the firm's Corporate offering across Bournemouth and Dorset.
- Advise on M&A, investments, shareholder agreements, restructures, joint ventures and general corporate work.
- Build relationships with businesses, entrepreneurs and professional referrers.
- Drive business development and execute growth plans for the region.
- Mentor and develop future talent as the practice grows.
Candidate Requirements
You will be an established Corporate Partner with:
- Strong technical experience across corporate transactions.
- A proven track record of winning and retaining work.
- An excellent reputation within Bournemouth, Dorset or the South Coast market.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- The ambition and commerciality to grow a successful regional practice.
