Corporate Knowledge Lawyer / Senior Knowledge Lawyer - Bristol
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £75,000 - £105,000 (depending on experience)

A leading national law firm is seeking a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer or Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join its well established and highly respected Knowledge team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a central role in supporting a top tier Corporate practice, delivering high quality know how, training and strategic knowledge initiatives within a collaborative and collegiate environment.

The Role
You'll be responsible for providing dynamic, technically excellent and business focused knowledge support to the Corporate team, including:

  • Keeping the Corporate team updated on legal and regulatory developments
  • Producing clear, reader friendly internal updates and guidance
  • Delivering and facilitating engaging legal training and know how sharing
  • Developing and maintaining a technically robust suite of template documents
  • Supporting the use of AI tools and legal technology to enhance client service
  • Driving a consistent client knowledge offering, including insights, horizon scanning, multi jurisdictional overviews, seminars and webinars
  • Addressing queries from lawyers and clients on current law and practice
  • Working collaboratively with Corporate Knowledge Lawyers, Corporate Partners and wider business services teams
  • Contributing to the Corporate Knowledge strategy and wider firm initiatives


You will be supported by a dedicated Knowledge leadership structure, paralegal support, PA assistance and training administration resources.

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a legally qualified professional with:

  • Excellent knowledge of corporate law, regulation and transactional practice
  • Strong ability to present information clearly, both in writing and verbally
  • A proactive, organised and self motivated approach
  • Experience in private practice, in house, academia or an existing knowledge role
  • Confidence managing technical content and supporting fee earners
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for legal training, know how development and innovation
  • Interest in technology and its application to corporate legal services
