Corporate Associate (2-4 PQE) - Bristol

Recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers, the firm advises a diverse client base ranging from high-growth businesses and entrepreneurs to institutional investors and established corporates.
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate (ideally 2-4 PQE) to join the firm's thriving Bristol team. Working alongside highly respected partners and lawyers from a broad range of backgrounds, you will gain exposure to high-quality domestic and international transactions from day one.
This is a varied role offering involvement in:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Private equity transactions
- Venture capital investments
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
- Shareholder matters and corporate governance
- General corporate advisory work
- Domestic and cross-border transactions
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will be an ambitious and commercially aware corporate lawyer looking to build their career within a collaborative and high-performing team.
You will ideally have:
2-4 years' PQE gained within a respected regional, national or City corporate team
- Experience assisting on M&A, investment and wider corporate transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation and technical legal skills
- Excellent commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Confidence building relationships with clients, intermediaries and colleagues
- A genuine interest in business development and networking activities
- An interest in the Technology sector would be advantageous
