Role:
Broad range of mid-market corporate work with a strong focus on the technology sector.
- Private M&A- buy and sell side
- Reorgs
- JVs
- IPOs and fundraisings
- Clients include tech driven businesses including strengths within AI driven companies within the biotech and wider life sciences sectors
