Role:
Broad range of mid-market corporate work with a strong focus on the life sciences sector.
- Private M&A- buy and sell side
- Reorgs
- JVs
- IPOs and fundraisings
- Clients include Pharma, biotech, universities, research institutions

Successful candidate:
- 5-7 PQE, England & Wales
