Role:
- Joining the London office, you will focus on corporate law in the BVI, Bermuda and Cayman Islands
- M&A
- ECM
- Reorganisations and restructuring
- Redomiciliations

- 5-6 PQE- England & Wales or Commonwealth qualified
- At least 5 years corporate law experience in the UK or offshore
