Salary: £60,000-£110,000+
PQE Level: 7+ PQE
An ambitious regional law firm is seeking a senior Contentious Probate Solicitor to join its growing Contested Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer looking to play a key role in shaping and expanding a respected specialist practice, with a clear pathway towards partnership.
You will manage a broad range of contentious probate, trust and estate disputes while helping to develop new areas of expertise and strengthen professional referral networks. The firm offers a strong platform for growth, with established Private Client and Court of Protection teams providing regular cross-referral opportunities.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with commercial awareness, business development flair and a desire to build their profile within the private wealth sector.
