Job Title: Contentious Construction Associate 1-3 PQE- Top 50 City law firm
Salary: £82,000-£90,000
PQE Level: 1-3 PQE

Our client is a Top 50 City law firm with a large commercial real estate team and significant recent investment in expanding their contentious construction practice.
Role:
Contentious construction is of strategic investment to the board who have made several key hires over the last few years and are reaping the rewards of this long term outlook.
- UK and international disputes including adjudications, mediation, arbitration
- Delays & Disruption
- Defects
- Payment disputes
- Professional negligence

Successful candidate:
- 1-3 PQE, E&W qualified ( not suitable for an NQ)
- UK law firm contentious construction experience either gained within a specialist construction team or where it forms at least 75% of your role
