Broad range of contentious construction matters including:
- Defects
- Payment, loss and expense
- Procurement
- Insurance
- TCC

- 1-2 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor ( we are unable to consider NQs)
- At least 1 years contentious construction experience gained within a UK law firm
