Job Title: Construction Associate- Fast growing City law firm
Salary: £65,000-£90,000
PQE Level: NQ-4 PQE

Our longstanding client, a fast growing and highly profitable City law firm has an impressive real estate practice and expanding construction offering.
Role:
Working closely with the Head of Construction in a close-knit team, you will handle primarily non-contentious construction matters with some contentious construction work.
- JCT and NEC contracts with some FIDIC
- DD support
- Collateral warranties
- Professional and consultant appointments and sub contracts
- Dispute avoidance strategies
- Contentious construction including TCC proceedings, arbitration, litigation, adjudication

- NQ-4 PQE ( NQ candidates will only be considered if they have had a dedicated construction seat)
