Job Title: Competition IP Senior Associate (Franchising)- Global City law firm
Salary: £125,000-£145,000
PQE Level: 5+

Our client is a prestigious global City law firm with a strong IP, Commercial contracts, and franchising offering.
Role:
- Focusing on commercial IP with a particular focus on franchising.
- Taking the lead on commercial IP work
- Franchising including agreements, licensing, sponsorship, distribution, strategic commercial agreements
- Advertising and marketing in relation to promotional campaigns and regulatory
- Cross border matters

- 5+PQE- England & Wales or commonwealth qualified
- Must have strong UK commercial IP experience including exposure to franchising
